Progressive : overview

Progressive is one of the biggest rising stars of electronic music, because it uses the philosophy of taking a particular sound environment and using synthesizers and sequencers to make slight changes, essentially progressing though the sound and advancing to a very subtle climax. Progressive is widely more accepted because of its versatility in many different environments. The layering of sounds on top of each other and then slowly bringing them together, is the key idea the progressive movement.
